An independent house close to Piazza Maggiore

First floor apartment with separate entrance on 2 levels, renovated with very fine finishes, parquet on the floors, visible beams and new furniture. It’s equipped with all comforts and it’s very close to the central Piazza Maggiore. Downstairs there’s one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable sofa bed and one TV, upstairs one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with window and one big comfortable shower. Sheets, towels are provided. WIFI connection available. air conditioned

Camera matrimoniale

Appartamento grazioso e molto curato, situato in un quartiere tranquillo e immerso nel verde, comodo alla tangenziale e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. E' presente un parcheggio condominiale sempre libero e protetto da cancello. Il bagno è in condivisione solo con il proprietario, unico inquilino. Viene offerta la colazione ma la cucina non è a disposizione degli ospiti. E' esclusa dal prezzo la tassa di soggiorno (pari a 5,80 € a persona per ogni notte) che va corrisposta all'arrivo.

La camera da letto è nuova ed ha il bagno privato ad uso esclusivo, con ingresso dall'interno della camera. La stanza dispone di aria condizionata e termosifoni. L'ingresso della camera è indipendente e con porta blindata. La zona colazione è in comune con una sola altra camera. L'appartamento è in centro, ma non è in ZTL ed è a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le principali zone: stazione dei treni, Università, Bologna Fiera, Piazza Maggiore, le Due Torri, Piazza del Nettuno.
