This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. We're only 3 mins from the Pacific Hwy, 20 mins from Blackhead & Diamond Beach and 25 mins from Forster/ Tuncurry. Once a working dairy, now converted to a one bedroom cottage with a spacious, sun-filled living area, full kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and cosy Queen-sized bedroom with a beautiful outlook onto the paddocks.

Our guests can walk or 4WD (yours) over the farm, or simply relax on the wrap-around deck watching the Alpacas, and weird Guinea Fowl .
