It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

One of the only listings to have a pool in Kiama Downs. Pet-friendly, large space for 2 people with a kitchenette, fridge, combined dining, and living area with a bedroom with a queen bed. Inclusions on your stay are a coffee maker with coffee pods and teas, kettle, washing machine, microwave, cooktop, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and Netflix. The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.

What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries or simply sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts! Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
