The newly renovated studio is located at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains in the picturesque town of Tumut, NSW. Only 20 minutes from Blowering Dam and 1 hour to the ski fields there is plenty to do in the area. The self contained studio is 200m from the town center on a large 1200m2 block allowing free onsite parking and room for the boat. *Please note whilst we like to make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible our Studio is not set up to support the charging of EV vehicles.

All Seasons holiday home

this hidden paradise is located in town but... a spacious lawn and a beautiful creek gives an outdoorsy feel to the property. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.
