The Aerie

A peaceful place nestled in the piñon/juniper forest, with the 14,000’ Sangre de Cristo peaks to the east and the San Luis Valley stretching west. Stunning sunsets! Very private. Hot tub. 10 minute drive to Crestone, near hiking trails and the numerous spiritual centers. This is also a great base camp for climbing Challenger Point and Kit Carson Peak. Great Sand Dunes National Park is a one hour drive. Three commercial hot springs near by. Dark Sky Community. No pets or smoking. Come, enjoy!

The Historic Ranch House

We have intentionally tried to preserve as much of the ranch house as possible while still updating the house to today’s standards. The most notable piece of history is the Monarch cook stove in the kitchen, the doorways and doors that are not as tall as today’s standards, the original wood floor in the master bedroom and original moulding around some of the doors. The house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with all the amenities from home. We hope you enjoy our little piece of ranch history!

The Bastion is a spacious craftsman timber frame home with wood burning stove located on 40 acres, minutes from Joyful Journey and Valley View hot springs. Goat friends await at this modern & cozy ranchette. The home well-situated for exploring the hidden gems and natural wonders scattered across this valley.
