Just a couple of blocks from downtown Klamath Falls, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, local brewery/pubs, parks, museums, local boutiques and numerous hiking trails! This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

Creekside Beaver Cabin

Gateway to Crater Lake National Park, the Klamath Basin & Diamond Lake this cabin is a gem offering a peaceful getaway with 3 bedrooms & 3 bath. Freshly remodeled 980 sq. ft. single-family home in a quiet residential area, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, stylish bathroom, and kitchen, with washer, dryer, TV, faux fireplace and gas barbeque. Fully furnished with all of the amenities that we could think of in hopes of making your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Have fun kicking back or visiting nearby Lava Beds, Tule Lake Wildlife Refuge, WWII Monument, etc. No hidden or additional host fees. Pets acceptable by approval.

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.
