The Historical Ellis Saint house sits across the street from the ocean with a breath taking view like no other. The exterior of the house has been brought back to its original state as it first sat over 120 years ago when it was occupied by the Saint family. It stands with 4 decks offering barbecue and a fire pit for your enjoyment. Inside has a taste of the old mixed with new, with a beautiful sitting room on the 3rd floor with a pull out bed for those quiet and private times.

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

Gracie Joe’s Place

Gracie Joe’s Place is a beautiful place to stay if your visiting the Bonavista or Trinity Area it’s perfect because Catalina is situated right in between both! Your about 10 mins from Bonavista and 20 to Trinity! Its a water front property that offers such a beautiful view of our Catalina Harbour! Fully fenced in back yard with fire pit and BBQ ! If you love to kayak, just launch it in the back yard! Perfect for sea-doos also! Sorry but I don’t allow Pets!

It is conveniently located with a short walking distance to the town centre (Church Street), and steps to the board walk and many other tourist attractions including the Mockbeggar Plantation and the Matthew!

Along the Shore B&B is located in the community of Melrose, in Trinity Bay North. The house, which is located on a very private lot, is considered a traditional Newfoundland biscuit box house. Melrose is centrally located between the historic towns of Trinity and Bonavista, and only minutes away from historic Port Union. Along the Shore has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, and Ragged Islands just off the shore of Melrose.
