Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.
