Absolute beach front large holiday home. Well set up for families. Large outdoor entertaining deck. Two living areas. No road to cross to iconic One Mile Beach. The ultimate beach house. Leave the car in the drive way, grab your surfboards and relax. Dog friendly (by request) but please note yard is not fenced. Please be honest about the number of guests at the time of booking - if additional guests stay without permission they may be asked to leave and an additional cleaning fee applied.

This beautiful oasis is absolute beachfront & has direct access to the beach. Completely private & absolutely perfect for a couple or a family of 4. There are so many areas to enjoy, like the lush garden, the lounge areas, the alfresco dining space, the captains walk (where you can watch the dolphins), the BBQ area & the magnificent 10m beachfront swimming pool. The garden is filled with lemon trees & the fire pit is just perfect for those marshmallow toasting evenings under the stars.

Our home is perfect for just one or two couples. It's leafy and private and in a waterfront position on Smiths Lake in the popular Pacific Palms area. With water views and the sand-fringed lake just steps away, you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area and stunning sunsets over the lake. Guests are welcome to use our kayaks. Paddle across to Cellito Beach or take a short drive to one of the stunning local beaches in this area from dog friendly Seal Rocks to Elizabeth Beach.
