Converted wood working shop, spent time as cabinet shop, picture frame shop and most recently artist’s loft. Think New York Loft Meets Mountain Cabin, complete with glass door wood stove!! Now, makes for very unique space. Enter through spacious 2 car garage to original shop, lay out updated for unique mountain LOFT getaway. Think..rustic, raw, real, back to basic, with a Modern Twist! 2 zone mini-split heat/ac! Heat good down to around 30 degrees, wall heater in Bath/Gas heater in Living Room

The Space: 1 Bedroom with queen bed & pullout full size sofa bed in living room 1.5 bath Indoor Living: Smart TVs, cable TV, WiFi, gas logs, central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen Outdoor Living: Gas grill, fire pit, hammock, and covered porch with seating Things To Note: No pets are allowed No parties Towels & Linens are provided Iron & ironing board Hair dryer 4wheel drive is recommended in the summer months, but required in the winter months.

R & R Creekside Cottage

Beautiful cottage with gorgeous mountain views and bordered by a trout stocked branch of the East/South Fork New River near Parkway in Boone! Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

Million dollar views of Grandfather Mountain located in the center of the Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk triangle. Hawks Peak is a small, 4 building, condominium community that is quiet, private, and the perfect getaway for the whole family, a couples retreat, or a girls or guys weekend. There are 2 king bedrooms /2 bathrooms and a large upstairs loft area with a queen size pull out bed. Tubing and ziplines are a 3 minute drive and skiing, shopping, and restaurants are 10 minutes away.

Whimsical Guest House-Downtown Boone

This is a renovated guest house that was built in 1940. It has great 1940's features, like hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large scale windows. We removed 2 major walls, which opened up kitchen/dining room /living room, to one big space. The guest-house now has an open, bright feel, with a funky, mid-century decor. Our property consists of 3 acres, yet is only one block from downtown Boone. The outside setting is very secluded and natural- with a wooded hillside, creek, and huge yard.

Comfortable private studio apartment, top floor of home, with upstairs outside entrance. Located in the most central neighborhood in Boone. Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. Payne Branch River retreat (B) is nestled on eleven acres of privately owned riverfront property in Blowing Rock, NC. The New River runs directly in front of the property and provides unique access to pristine, hatchery supported trout fishing. We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer. Primary renter mush be at least 25 years old to book.

The Back Porch is totally private with a Sectional Sofa to enjoy the evening breeze or to watch the sunset. Back in side we have a full Kitchen with all amenties of home, Dining Room, Living room with plenty of space to relax and watch TV, And a large Bedroom with adjoining Bathroom.

The Air bee-N-bee is located in the Honey House where honey is processed and bottled. Maybe our hens will have some farm fresh eggs ready to share with you!
