We are spoilt for choice with 4 great cafes and 1 pub serving amazing food and coffee within walking distance. The popular Speers Point Park is right at our doorstep, with room for the kids to run also hosting regular markets as well as food and sporting events. 25-30 minutes to the heart of Newcastle 15-20 minutes to beaches 15 minutes to 2 large shopping centres

An indoor fireplace & ducted air-conditioning in every room for comfort for the whole family. For beautiful starry nights, outdoor meals & relaxing under the deck, the private backyard area is perfect for a BBQ by the fire pit & peaceful water fountain. A short walk to the Lake Mac waterfront & 2 min drive to Toronto's fantastic restaurants, cafes, retail & supermarkets.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. It's ground level of a two-story modern home, with a private pool and heated spa with lakeviews at the entry to the apartment with full privacy. Ground level solely for guests use only, with separate front street access. Five minutes' drive to restaurants, cafes, Warners Bay foreshores, and Speers Point park. Short walk to the Lake Macquarie. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.
