Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). Starting January 2025 we will no longer allow pets.

Cozy Forest Loft (15 min to 3 cute towns)

Bright, cozy loft, surrounded by deep woods, a tranquil retreat offering true peace, separate from our home, w/ its own entrance; we're here if needed. Located between Boothbay, Damariscotta, & Wiscasset, 1 mile from Route 1 and 27, on 13 acres, abutting 100s of acres of preserve land - provides the best of both worlds - woods rich with abundant birds, but less than 15 minutes from restaurants, shops & activities, plus, dedicated WiFi /2 Smart TVs. Dogs welcome, no cats due to allergies.

Maine Waterfront Hideaway

You won't find mobs of tourists here but you will experience a working lobstering village in Maine. Sit back, relax and enjoy the quiet and privacy of 2+ acres at the end of a dirt road with a huge dock located on a tidal cove. Great for family reunions with lots of space and activities for folks of all ages. We focus on making the house comfortable and don't want you to worry about the little things like feet on the couch, water rings on the table or a broken glass. Life happens :-)

Cottage in the woods on Ocean Point

Secluded getaway in the woods close enough to see and hear the ocean and catch amazing sunsets. Charming 1BR + Loft, 1BA cottage situated among an acre of Ocean Point fir trees providing privacy and a quiet get away. Less than 100yd walk to the shore, beach and path at Grimes Cove, Ocean Point Inn Restaurant & Bar, and daily activities at the community "casino" building with playground, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and Sunday softball. Harbor is 20 mins away for exploring.

Our property sitting on Davis Island in Edgecomb, Maine overlooks the quaint town of Wiscasset, providing a calm atmosphere, stunning evening sunsets, and panoramic views. Located within the Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort, you are in a prime location to have access to local shops, antique markets, and restaurants. Take a stroll down to the Pier where you can experience the water up close.

Timeless Tides Cottage

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Captain Fuller House: Boat Builders Retreat - Main

Wake up to sweeping views of Linekin Bay at this pet-friendly coastal retreat . Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the home sleeps 6–8 guests with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, perfect for families or small groups. Enjoy peaceful waterfront scenery, fresh ocean air, and easy access to Boothbay Harbor. Modern comforts include an on-site EV charger, while classic Maine charm makes it an ideal place to relax, recharge, and enjoy life by the bay—paws included.

The Rowe House

We love our little coastal house. It's in Boothbay Harbor within walking distance of Spruce Point and Downtown. The entire house is yours! 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, washer/dryer, a fully furnished living room, kitchen and dining room. Hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small families and pets. NOTE: WE DO CHARGE $40 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE PER PET DURING YOUR STAY.

Linekin Guest Suite

Tucked away guest studio attached to main home that you will have all to yourself with basic amenities and a sky lighted bathroom. A few minutes to Ocean Point and hiking trails and less than 10 minutes to Boothbay Harbor. **Please note there are stairs that need to be climbed on the front deck in order to access the property. Use the directions provided as your GPS sometimes puts you in a circle around Boothbay!

Lakeside 3 BR Cabin in Boothbay Harbor

This swanky mid-60's cabin sits on a hill overlooking West Harbor pond in the town of Boothbay Harbor. It offers privacy yet is close to everything downtown Boothbay Harbor has to offer. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids), and large enough to accommodate bigger groups. If you would like to bring along your canine pal feel free, they are welcome (sorry no cats).

Classic Maine, Modern Comfort

NOTE: Summer Bookings are 7 Days from Saturday-Saturday and tend to fill up by February/March or sooner. All the comforts of home while you're away from home. Come enjoy a newly built beach house (2008) just short walk from beautiful Popham Beach - one of Maine's most beautiful and expansive beaches, one hour north of Portland, Maine.

Cottage on Todd Bay

The 2025 season has ended, and the cottage and Midcoast Maine are settling in for a quiet winter. We're continuing to take bookings for 2026, and we'll reopen in early May. We want to thank all of our guests, present and future, and to wish you a quiet, safe winter. We're looking forward to next summer on Todd Bay!
