The house has a newly finished front & back deck, a newly finished kitchen and a bathroom with tub perfect for relaxing. Media is the perfect neighborhood for a weekend or week getaway! Nestled among trees in whimsical Ardentown, you’re 2 min to I-95 and 10 min to Downtown Wilmington. Enjoy a private fenced backyard, firepit, and easy walks to the woods, creek, and nature trails. Conveniently located near Swarthmore College & Train Station(5 min) Widener University(5 min), Media (10 min), & the Philadelphia Airport (12 min). There is Private keyless entry for easy check-in. We live above the suite, and are available most times if you need anything.

We have a screened in porch that you are welcome to enjoy but it's a community gathering. If you enjoy games we have card games, board games and domino. Happy to direct to any local attractions or new events in the area.
