A Self-contained fully furnished 1st floor 1 Bed flat attached to main house which has its own private entrance. It’s situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within easy access to the A130 and A12. 15 minutes from Broomfield hospital. Nearby is the park and ride to Chelmsford town and mainline station. The Kitchen/Lounge area is fitted with an Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Includes Microwave, kettle, toaster and is equipped with utensils, dishes, saucepans etc.

Beaulieu Park Studio Guest House

This well appointed guest studio is perfect for both short and long stays, and is conveniently located in the prestigious Beaulieu Park. Sainsburys supermarket and petrol station are a 2 minute drive, as are Starbucks and KFC. A scenic walk through Beaulieu Park will take you to a new parade of shops, including a Sainsburys Local, Churchill's Fish & Chips, and Costa. Chelmsford town centre and Broomfield hospital are less than 10 minutes by car, and a nearby bus stop has routes serving both.

The Annex is a bright, recently refurbished self-contained apartment attached to the owner’s house. It has its own private entrance and free on-street parking to the side of the property. The property has a separate kitchen, shower room and bedroom and benefits from a private patio area with table and chairs. Situated within walking distance of the City Centre, Chelmsford Station (direct line to London Liverpool Street) and a short direct bus route to Broomfield Hospital and City Centre.

St George’s Cosy Cabin with Jacuzzi Hot Tub

The cabin is situated behind our house down a privately owned lane surrounded by woods and farmland. It consists of 1 double bedroom but can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. Cot and highchair available. 2 single airbeds with additional bedding and pillows. It boasts a large patio with quality furniture solely for guests' use. The jacuzzi is an added luxury and £15 is requested during your stay if used. There's a large fully stocked pond Guests are welcome to feed the fish.

The Old Schoolhouse Lodge

In the grounds of the Old Schoolhouse sits our luxurious lodge. Separate from the main house. The newly decorated and refreshed Lodge comprises of 1 bedroom(with kingsize bed) open planned lounge with table & seating area. Bathroom consists of a shower & WC, there is an addition with a beautiful relaxing Sauna, Views through the large bi fold doors of the rolling Essex countryside with the most spectacular sunsets on the horizon. You can enjoy an evening firepit or breakfast on the patio.

Chelmsford City Centre is approx. 4.8 miles from the property and Hatfield Peverel Station is approx. 2.9 miles away and offers trains in to London Liverpool Street Station.

Boutique cabin in countryside setting in the beautiful peaceful village of Little Baddow, a picturesque village in Essex. 10 minutes by car from the city of Chelmsford and 15 minutes from coastal town of Maldon. The village itself has 2 pubs and lots of walking routes nearby. Paper Mill Lock is a pleasant 30 min walk and has water sport facilities and tea room. Footpath maps available. Travel cot or single fold out guest bed avail on request, no additional cost.
