Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Lakeside natur stay w boat, gym and swimming dock

The perfect accommodation if you want outdoors activities easily accessible. Idyllic lakeside property located 1 hour drive away from Gothenburg with possibilities for swimming, fishing and hiking. Offers beautiful views and sunset with a dock on the property. (The dock is available from first weekend in May until third weekend in September.) Possibility to rent boat, kayaks and paddle boards available. The area offers nice hiking trails through forest and around the lake with stunning views.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Haus Kilstrand direkt am Sävensee

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Das Haus verfügt über ein Ruderboot an eigener Uferlinie, Sauna. Der Blick auf den See ist grandios. Netflix TV

Lakefront house with own beach and sauna

A beautiful house just by the lake. 13 persons can comfortably be accomodated. Enjoy your own private beach and deck, a sauna by the lake and beautiful surroundings. The house is newly renovated but the bathroom is a bit older. (incineration toilet) The house is perfect both in the summer time but also well suited for other periods of the year because of its nice surroundings. You can go for a walk in the forrest or pick mushroom/berries or just enjoy a drink in front of the open fire.

Varmt välkomna till vårt moderna rökfria attefallshus på 30kvm, beläget högst upp på en kulle vid en fantastisk sjö. Här kan du luta dig tillbaka och njuta av slående utsikt över Örsjön. "Lillhuset" har 2 sängar (1 sovrum och 1 loft) . Vi bäddar skönt till er och handdukar finns. Här finns en mängd möjligheten till aktiviteter så som paddla kajak, fiska, bada, vandringsleder, cykla eller varför inte spela golf på Hulta golfbana (8,5km) Varm välkomna till oss / Marie & Patrik

Eden - A dream by the lake

Welcome to Eden, this unique and charming house is easy to fall in love with. The place it is located has a calm and peaceful atmosphere, embedded in Swedish nature at its most beautiful. The house is built entirely of wood and other natural materials and is stylishly furnished with everything you need for a peaceful stay with loved ones. We hope you will like it as much as we do! The house is 30 minutes from Gothenburg Landvetter airport and 45 minutes from Gothenburg.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. 30m ner till privat brygga vid liten sjö. Cykel och vandringsleder i närområdet. 1 mil till samhälle med affär och kommunikation. 2,5 mil till Borås/Ulricehamn. Huset har altan åt två håll. Sjöutsikt åt ena hållet och stor gräsyta ( som gjord för lek och spel) åt andra. Huset är del av egendom så stugvärden finns i närheten för eventuell hjälp. Här har du möjlighet att prova på att väva. Rekommenderas då 2 veckors vistelse

Stuga i Molla

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende mitt ute i naturen där du inte störs av varken trafik eller grannar. Skogen ligger precis runt hörnet där det finns goda möjligheter att promenera samt plocka svamp och bär. Närhet till flera sjöar där det går bada och fiska (3-5 km) Passa på att njuta av ett härligt spa- eller bastubad. Möjlighet att använda kolgrill och grillplats utomhus. Ingen rökning inomhus är tillåten. Städning ingår i hyran.

Charmigt brygghus

Lugnt och avskilt läge på Haragården i Alboga, ni bor på gården med djur runt om. Vi som bor på gården har hundar och katt. Brygghuset är tillbyggt med modern standard med den gamla känslan bevarad. Nedervåning: Fullt utrustat kök, sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med soffa och fåtöljer och smart-tv, toalett o dusch. Övervåning: Sovloft med dubbelsäng. Wifi finns. Dammen går att bada i och bredvid ligger den vedeldad bastu, utemöbler och grill.
