Neds Cottage

Neds Cottage has been completed to the highest of standards as a new luxurious home. With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. A massive live-in kitchen, combining a lounge and dinning area, plus double sofa bed.

Sunrise Garden

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It's situated close to Trans Pennine Trail where you can ride walk and watch wild life(bikes are available). If you want a big City experience then Sheffield is just 11 miles away. We are close to a Retail park so all your shopping needs can be met. What makes this place unique, is its private, captivating peaceful atmosphere where relaxing is main menu. If you like exploring we are central to Cannon hall, Wentworth, Sandals Castle and more.

The cottage offers a bespoke kitchen, rain shower, oak doors, parquet flooring, cozy wood burner, expansive garden, hot tub & parking for 3 cars/LWB van. Located near M1, A1, Hodsock Priory, Thoresby & Sherwood Forest & Sheffield.

Secure alarmed bike store with wall anchor & charge for ebikes.

Tranquil woodland cabin in South Crosland. Perfect idyllic getaway with stunning views of a babbling stream through a glass floor window. With space for 2 adults and 1-2 children, the cabin features modern amenities. The bathroom boasts a refreshing shower, while the well-equipped kitchen area inc.a sink, fridge, small oven and hob. Relax in the super king-size bed and enjoy off-road parking. For an extra fee, indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our huge hot tub.
