Cosy, double room in artist’s house.

We are NOT in the city of York, but a separate town 9 miles away, just to clarify. We moved to this characterful house in Tadcaster 5 years ago, slowly renovating with a ‘Fawlty Towers’ vibe. This double room is in the attic so feels cosy, but with dual aspect original sash windows is bright and airy too. It’s the smallest of our rooms so ideal for a quick stop over but has hanging space, tea & coffee and tv and the use of our newly fitted shower room. This room isn’t suitable for large dogs.

The Stables, an airy modern double bedroom with en suite in a lovely converted railway station with its own entrance. Situated on the outskirts of the rural village of Drax. The house is secluded and sits within 2.5 acres surrounded by trees. You will have the benefit of a shared breakfast room with complimentary cereals, toast & pastries. There is also an outside space for you to relax in. We live on the property and between us we have 40yrs of hospitality experience. 1 of 2 rooms available

Buses and trains to Halifax make it convenient to experience all the events at the Piece Hall and the ever popular Trades Club at Hebden is just a 20 minute walk along the canal. The Joey Miles Yoga Studio is within easy walking distance. With trains, shops, cafes, and bars just a 5-minute walk away, everything you need is within easy reach.

Grassington spacious B&B with incredible views

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a stunning part of the world and perfect for exploring! It is a beautiful spacious period house which is in a fabulous location. You can book as many of the rooms as you need. There is a large lounge solely for our guests use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge for guest use. It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Grassington. This is not a self-catering property, but a B&B.

This is a lovely, very spacious loft room, with en-suite. There is a TV, desk area, WiFi, tea + coffee facilities, fridge/ microwave, along with continental breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. A list of local restaurants etc and there is a pub in the village.We are on a major bus route and Horsforth train station is 4 miles away. We are always around if you need anything - just ask!

Garden Cottage is brand new spacious modern and gorgeous. Situated in the heart of Masham behind Garden House Bed and Breakfast this one bedroom cottage is the perfect base for your time in Masham. Enjoy the open plan lounge and kitchen relax in the stunning copper bath the ultimate place to chill after a lovely day. Sit in your own courtyard and enjoy a bbq. There’s two single sofa beds in the lounge ideal for children and you can bring up to two dogs. Private parking is available.

The Smithy: Stunning 2-bedroom, lounge with mock wood burning stove, Kitchen 1 bathroom with shower over the bath, outdoor seating area. It is also part of an adaptable collection of 8 properties, available individually or exclusively offering accommodation for 2 to 40 guests. Standing proudly in beautiful Bilsdale, six miles north of Helmsley, in the stunning North Yorkshire Moors National Park. We are surrounded by hills and open countryside which fringe the unique open moors.

Welcoming bright double room in beautiful Skelton.

Bright airy room in family home in the pretty village of Skelton, 3 miles from York. Wonderful bathroom for your sole use with a bath and a powerful shower. Complimentary tea and coffee with a kettle and a cool box so you are only ever two minutes away from a hot drink. A word or two about cats…. There are 3 of them here and they are very nosy! This house is very clean but there may be the odd hair thanks to the fluff balls. Those with allergies should probably book elsewhere.

Private King-Sized Room in Lovely Home.

This quiet, spacious and comfortable room has a soft and supportive king-sized bed, made up with fresh, soft linens, a big wardrobe and a professional workspace. You will have access to the shared spaces in the rest of the house, including two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bath), a well equipped kitchen, cosy living room with wood burner, bar area, gym and garden- shared with myself and usually other guest/ guests. Towels, toiletries, tea and coffee, will be provided.
