The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

You're getting more than just a gorgeous place to hang out; the host has lined up a thoughtful selection of extras to make the most of your romantic break. These include a Prosecco Treasure Hunt, use of a tandem, an old fashioned record player, homemade "Scrum-Pea Cider", a choice of two walks and three hand-picked pubs to enjoy a memorable meal. Pea Cottage is 5 miles from Stamford, one of the prettiest market towns in the country.

A light open planned living space, with fitted kitchen, washing machine and fridge and cooker. Two comfy sofas, one of which is a bed settee, TV and Wi-fi . A dining table and chairs, complete this lovely holiday accommodation. Two large airy double bedrooms, with ample storage. A lovely walk in shower, complete with heated luxury towel rail. USB charging points throughout the property. It will be deep cleaned between guests , is self contained to ensure peace of mind with social distancing

The Coach House at Old Hall Country Breaks

Old Hall guests experience all the comforts of home with the luxury of a hotel. Our guests praise the luxurious accommodation, the comfortable beds, the stylish but cosy decor and the thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers, a basket of local produce and the welcome drinks. The amenities, such as bicycles for guests use, home-made Thai food (if desired), the gym, picnic hampers and beach kit all ensure that guests' needs are very well met. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

With unspoilt views over countryside, our former Chapel on the Lincolnshire Wolds doorstep offers the perfect place to enjoy a memorable relaxing stay. Visit all that this County has to offer, including miles of lovely beaches, followed by snug winter evenings in front of a Log Burner, or warm summer evenings relaxing on the Patio, perhaps observing the wildlife. There is a myriad of tracks and paths around for walkers and cyclists alike. We offer comfort with a homely feel.

Centrally located at the heart of rural Lincolnshire, and only a 12 mile drive from The city of Lincoln. The Granary is a beautifully converted Lincolnshire barn, bursting with character and the perfect location from which to explore this historic county. Situated on the very edge of the rural village of Digby, the Granary forms one side of the original yard and stables.
