Fully remodeled, everything is new, and a heat pump with air conditioning to get you at the perfect temperature! A full backyard, and lots of room for our four legged little friends. You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

This one-bedroom, fully equipped home is located on five wooded acres, across the driveway from the host's primary residence. In the past, the home was used by my in-laws. The location is very quiet with an on-site hiking trail through majestic evergreen trees. We are within a mile of shopping and dining facilities. We are within a half hour drive of Seattle and Everett, Washington.
