Wilderness log home getaway

The perfect wilderness getaway to reboot your system, meet tranquility and reconnect to nature. The house is on 160 acres and is part of a small self sustainable organic farm. We have cows, horses, dogs and chickens and there is plenty of wildlife around. The energies on the land and in the house are clean and unpolluted, it is a perfect creative or healing getaway. It is also suitable for crews/contractors working in the area. Not suitable for small children because of our large working dogs.

Opheim Lakeshore Romantic Off-grid Cabin

Disconnect to reconnect in our traditional romantic log cabin nestled in the woods on the shore of Opheim Lake. It is offgrid with no electricity or cell service, sky light windows providing natural light and a wood stove for heating. In the wilderness yet minutes from the highway, outdoor cooking on the wood fired grille, sunset and star watching await. Wildlife is abundant, and you can explore the 4 lakes chain. Just 15 km from downtown Quesnel and 45 minutes from Barkerville there are many things in the area to explore. Shared lakeshore access with the house on the property with room to dock your boat. Pets are negotiable and need to be pre-approved.
