Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. You have full access to your own private beach, deck, outdoor shower and outdoor dining area. Pond is great for swimming, boating and fishing. There are lots of mountain biking and walking trails from the cottage. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join. Dining and Cape beaches are close as well as Rail Trail.

We are close to local amenities, great restaurants, family activities, the Cape Cod Canal, and Public Golf Courses.

Welcome to your home away from home in this cozy cottage just 200 yards from the neighborhood beach. This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.

This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
