Beach Read is steps to East Sandwich's Private Beach! This charming cottage has 1 bedroom and a sleeper sofa. It is the perfect size for a couple or small family looking for a Cape Cod getaway! Recent upgrades include flooring, renovated bathroom and brand new gas grill. Spend the day relaxing on the beach & the evening making smores over a beach bonfire. Located in Cape Cod's oldest town, it is only a short ride to Sandy Neck, Town Neck, shops, restaurants & Tree House Brewery.

This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

Great location for easy day trips to Boston, Provincetown, Hyannis, beaches and more. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of five.

Minutes away from town beaches, bike path, golf, and shopping. Parking for approximately 4 cars.

Our cottage (Graham Cracker House) sits steps from crystal clear White Pond. The cottage offers private access to the pond for swimming, fishing and boating. The large outdoor space is great for dining and relaxing by the pond. It is 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod rail trail (bike trail), close to many dining options and 3 miles to some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer. There is another cottage on the property for rent that sleep 4 guests. No sharks here!

The Preston Lucian Cross Hall Apartment at the Lucy Cross House is the benchmark in understated sophistication. The building was constructed in 1862 and lovingly restored in 2010 with toxin free materials to insure your stay is as tranquil and safe as possible. The property is located on Commercial Street at the beginning of the East End Gallery District with direct access to the Law Street Harbor Beach. WE NEVER CHARGE A CLEANING FEE!
