Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Coast located on Southbourne clifftop, 7 miles of award winning sandy beaches; stretching from Hengistbury Head to Sandbanks. It’s a stone’s throw from Southbourne’s high street bustling with cafés, restaurants and pubs that are dog friendly. Only a 15 minute drive to the New Forest and walking distance to Bournemouth beach. 15 minute drive to Sandanks beach. 2 bed, 2 bath enclosed garden which offers magnificent sea and coastal views and so does the master bedroom.

Free off street parking. Walk around front of the house, down a pretty gravel side passage lined with plants, to a private studio overlooking a garden.
