The Coach House at Challow Farm

The Coach House, is a self-contained luxurious studio living space. It has a super king/ twin en-suite shower room. With garden Just a short walk from the Historic town of Corfe Castle in the Isle of Purbeck. Our location is ideal for access to the UNESCO, Jurassic coast and local areas such as the amazing beaches at Studland, Kimmeridge, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Swanage. The Coach House uses renewable energy where possible and offers exceptional comfort in a beautiful part of Dorset.

The apartment is situated in the quiet location of Meyrick Park, about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Bournemouth and a short walk to the train & bus stations. There is on street parking in a non-restricted zone. The room is stylishly decorated with high quality furnishings. A wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror, Samsung TV, WIFI and a full hospitality tray of free tea and coffee. Guests will have the use of a bathroom, which is sometimes shared with another guest bedroom

You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming studio in Swanage. The Studio is a detached space with a kitchenette and an en-suite shower room. There is also an outside space to sit and relax. Parking on site. Studio is independently accessed so guests are free to come and go as they please. Located on a quiet residential road and just a 5/10 minute walk down hill to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Continental breakfast is delivered to your door 8.30am. Checkin 3pm checkout 10am.

We are close to public transport & also within easy reach to Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Jurassic Coast, Poole & Hamworthy Park, Upton House & Sandbanks. Poole town is 5 miles away. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. We do offer a breakfast of cereals, toast, marmalade/jam and croissants which is complimentary & can be eaten in our conservatory or under the veranda.

We have a large ground floor double room & en-suite available with King size bed in our modern home. There is a walk in wardrobe with fridge, smart tv and WIFI . A breakfast of cereal, yogurts, fruit, juices etc. Tea coffee making facilities. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. A five minute walk from the train station with links to Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester and Weymouth. A easy 15 minute walk to Wareham town with quay side pubs , cafés and restaurants.

The Deer room; a Cosy Hide, in Burley, New Forest

The Deer room is situated in the roof space above our carport in the garden of our cottage in Burley, New Forest National Park. The double room with ensuite shower is private and peaceful. There will be tea and coffee making facilities in the room (along with a packet of biscuits), and water and milk in the fridge. The village of Burley is just a 10 min walk and has lots of tea rooms and small cafes serving coffee and croissants or the full English breakfast if you wish.

My home is in a quiet road opposite a park area. only a few minutes walk to a Cafe, Restaurant, Bakery, Tesco express, fish & chips take away . Your room is only about a 5 minutes walk to a marina and 20 minutes walk to start of sandbanks so in a ideal location . Second floor bedroom and private bathroom in prime location. Quiet location but only 300m to zigzag path to beach and cliff lift and 150m to local high-street, shops and restaurants. Easy access to buses to town centre, short walk to Pokesdown train station. Off-road parking and use of front garden, table and chairs. Smoking allowed outside.
