If you don’t mind steep hills, a 15 min walk from the ferry, cove centre, shopping, and restaurants. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (1 w/soaker tub). Huge deck for indoor/outdoor living. One of Bowen’s favorite Cottages. Fondly known as the ‘Caboose’ as it's a separate living space from the main house located at the back of the property. A 10 minute drive across the Island from the ferry and the amenities of Snug Cove. Close to Tunstall Bay Beach, the oceanside trail and beaches in The Cape and one of the west side access trails to hike up Mt Gardner. Suitable for a quiet retreat for singles or a couples only.
