Our thoughtfully designed waterfront escape on the Sunshine Coast is ready for you to relax and let your troubles melt away. Beach access is just steps away from the door. A peak-a-boo ocean view from the SW facing deck, and hiking and bike trails, and waterfalls just short distance. The interior is carefully curated with luxurious finishes and beautiful and comfortable furnishings in every room.

Come and enjoy the tranquility & privacy of our 3,000 square foot log home with forest, lake and mountain views. Outside features include a large deck, hot tub, grassy lawns and over two acres of forested solitude. Inside features include vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, large kitchen & open living space and 3 bedrooms & bathrooms. We are a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk to Snug Cove with easy access to trails, beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, studios & more. Escape it all!

Please note our home is ideal for families or couples with an incredible loft area for kids or additional adults. A limited noise after ten policy applies and our caretaker resides in a separate unit below.

Bench 170

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Brand New Oceanfront Mountain View Studio

Step back in time with a stay at our newly renovated historic beachfront property on the Sunshine Coast. Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.

Start your day off right with sweeping ocean views and watch the world awaken! Meditate and stretch in the warm rays before planning a day of adventure on idyllic Bowen Island. Cap it all off with a feast on the deck or lie down and gaze at the stars or follow the rising moon. Please note there is an enclosed suite with a tenant (not the owner), the suite is self contained with a separate entrance and is heavily soundproofed for minimal interaction.
