Annie's View - exclusively for couples and sole travellers. This delightful apartment offers superb accommodation for guests to kick back and relax after exploring the Lakes. Superbly placed in a peaceful and elevated position above the village to take in the magnificent view of the Fells and glimpses of Lake Windermere. This modern and cosy apartment is situated on the first floor and comprises of a hallway, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge/ diner and kitchen.

The Architect's Loft is the perfect romantic getaway in central Windermere, Lake District. You will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space as it is one of the largest in the area. It has been recently renovated with all mod cons and includes a double shower, spa bath for two and a superking size bed. It is located in central Windermere and has private parking. It is within walking distance to the train and bus station as well as numerous restaurants and bars.

Stable Cottage is a first-floor apartment above a converted grade II listed stable block situated in a superb location with the village of Bowness and The Lake just a short walk away. The property has a Hot Tub. Parking is free of charge. The cottage is self contained and has all the cooking utensils you will need to make a lovely meal in the fabulous kitchen. Small dogs are welcome we do ask that they don't go on any of the furniture.

The Retreat is a self contained flat attached to our main family home. A former Victorian Presbytery and formerly nunnery we have spent the last 5 years renovating and restoring the property both inside and out. Where possible we have replaced and sympathetically adapted the building to meet todays modern standards.
