Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, a large garden & private parking just over 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. Granary Cottage has a EV charger for vehicle charging. Vehicle charging is charged at 50p per unit. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors to the garden & outdoor seating. The house was built in 1691 and what is now Townfoot Byre would have originally housed animals.
