The beautiful country style kitchen is fully equipped and a delight to cook in. Also important, Lil’s Place has amazing heating for Bowral’s famous cold weather!

Perfect for golfing weekends, wedding guests, girls' weekends, romantic weekends, families and business travellers etc. We are also Pet Friendly. For larger groups, we have 3 properties which are only a couple of minutes walk from the heart of Old Bowral that can accommodate up to 14 people as detailed below.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

WATERSHED - Robertson

Welcoming country chic interiors with all the mod cons. You will enjoy luxury finishes in this converted machinery shed. Fully insulated, with double glazed windows & doors. There is a wood fire & heaters. The shed is 80+ metres away from the 1880s farmhouse where we live & so you are far enough way to feel that you have the property to yourselves. There are dogs, alpacas, sheep. A wonderful farm stay property, a walk away into Robertson or a very short drive. @watershedrobertson

Arborea Country house is a affordable house with a touch of modern chick decor. All bookings receive a complimentary breakfast. Located only 2 minutes drive from Bowral. Catering for large groups, weddings and conference’s Venues close by: Close to: Milton Park, Centennial Wines, Bowral Golf Club, Bradman Museum, Bendooley Bong Bong race course, and Local Wineries. Just across the road from apartment is large playing fields and views of Mt Gibraltar.

The Carriage House at Welby Park Manor

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival.
