Die Bauweise entspricht einem kleinen Bungalow (28 qm). In der Umgebung gibt es kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze, vor dem Studio befinden sich 2 E-Ladestationen. Direkte Parklage, etwa 180 m zum Ufer. Das Studio wird nach jedem Besuch gründlich gereinigt, die Oberfächen desinfiziert. Check in/out per Schlüsselbox.

Top-floor room with a view, in a historic building

The idea is to rent out the most beautiful room of my elegant apartment when I’m not in the city. My plans may change last minute and be at home, but anyway there would be plenty of space for both. I am a musician; I surround myself with beauty and order, and it helps me create, so my home is an oasis of peace :) There are all the comforts, even the Japanese toilet :) It is on the top floor with an elevator, and from above there is a breathtaking view of the historic Frankfurter Tor area.

Das Zimmer zeigt nach Süden zu einer ruhigen kleinen Terrasse unterm Feigenbaum, im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter mit Fussbodenheizung. Es hat ein eigenes Duschbad und Eingang, keine Küche, aber eine Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Backofen.

The area is full of life and is filled with plenty of cafés, restaurants, little shops, bars, parks and clubs.
