It is considered a ski-in/walk-out condo, as you can ski right back to the building (weather permitting), however you do have a short walk out to the Boyneland run. It includes all of the amenities that Boyne Mountain has to offer (additional costs my be required), including skiing/snowboarding, tubing, waterpark, restaurants, tennis courts, 2 golf courses, Deer Lake beach access with boat rentals, etc.
