The hayloft is a self contained and beautiful quirky addition to a private family home within a courtyard, secure in a gated environment, close to Bracknell centre but giving the feel of being in the country. A lovely place to relax, and enjoy the pub down the road after a days work. Perfect for anyone working in Bracknell from time to time or on a weekly basis who wants to feel more at home when away. Cosy private detached from main house large room

Private entrance,dressing room, large corner shower , making the area totally self sufficient and private. The living room area is the same room as the sleeping area. With a Divan bed, 1 double Sofa bed. 1.7 miles to Ascot Racecourse, 2 miles to Ascot Station, 4.5 miles to Legoland, 7 miles to Windsor, 9 miles to Thorpe Park. Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high quality standards. A 15 minutes walk to Wokingham train station and town centre.

This cosy cottage is situated in Windlesham, a pretty village in the Surrey Heath borough. Situated between Chobham Common and Swinley Forest, it is on the doorstep to some fantastic country walking and cycling routes; not to mention the famous golf courses in the area. Ideal location to visit Legoland, Thorpe Park, Ascot racing and Windsor castle. Heathrow Airport is only 15 miles away. Windlesham is known for the Boxing Day pram race and also a location to amazing gastro pubs.

Fantastic location for business or holiday. 10 min walk from Bracknell train & bus stations. Very close to Ascot for races, 7 miles to Windsor Castle and 6 to Legoland! Sleeps 6, plus the flat downstairs is available separately which sleeps 2- 3. 100mb WiFi Driveway for up to 2 cars (pls ask if in a van) Parking on the left side of drive takes 2 cars one behind the other. Close to London, M4 and M3 5 mins walk to The Lexicon town centre, for restaurants, bars and shopping.
