Close to M5 and A303, an easy drive to the West and South coastlines. Our neighbours are important to us, so we respectfully have a NO NOISE policy after 11pm. The Milsom is a newly renovated apartment in the iconic Grade II listed Jolly's building on Milsom Street- locations don't come much better than this. Apartment 10 is on the 3rd floor with views across Bath towards The Ivy Brasserie just opposite and the Christmas Market stalls just below (November toDecember.) The Milsom has been completely refurbished and furnished tastefully with smart TV and complimentary WiFi. As a super-host, I am experienced in providing comfy city break stays.

Chatley Studio, Norton St. Philip, Bath

Chatley Studio won an award for its unique architecture. It has great views and is perfect for art and culture. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. It is close to Bath and much more. The Studio is at the bottom of my garden with amazing views of the countryside and the White Horse at Westbury. If you are lucky, you will see some sheep.
