Molly's Cottage

The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. It is approximately two miles from the centre of vibrant Hebden Bridge where there is an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, coffee bars, art décor cinema, theatre and markets. The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining many original features but with all the modern comforts inc a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

Old Piggery beautiful views. Dog friendly garden.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

Enjoy the ornamental gardens walking trails at Golden Acre Park, visit the Eccup Reservoir, or drive to Roundhay Park or Harewood House. Alwoodley has some of Yorkshire's best golf clubs. The suburb is located just five miles north of central Leeds, offering a quick commute into the city. The A61 also provides a direct route north to Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales.

Conveniently located only a short drive from Ilkley, Skipton and Bolton Abbey it is the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire. Converted in 2024, the property is finished to a high standard, including hot tub, wood burner and full underfloor heating. Sorry, we are unable to accept dogs or other pets.
