IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

A short walk (very short 2min) and you are in town. The property is filled with natural light, modern fixtures and features a stunning balcony to capture the reaching view over the Kari forest. All amenities are available for you, including a hairdryer, washing machine, and your breakfast essential, coffee pod machine.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. On the Beach Front 2

Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Situated on a large block in a quiet location an easy walk to bottle-shop and the town centre restaurants. Very close the rails to trails walking and cycle track.

Studio 4 is a modern, open plan, fully equipped apartment situated in the heart of town and only a minutes walk to the main street. The Studio has North facing concertina doors that open up the entire space, bringing the outside inside and where you can relax on the balcony. The Studio has two bedrooms both with queen beds, two bathrooms with their own toilets and the main bathroom has a spa bath. There are two small flights of stairs one with 7 steps and the other with 10 steps.

Shiraz Studio - Margaret River - town centre

Shiraz Studio offers you a central location to relax or make the most of your Margaret River holiday. All within walking distance are forest walks, the main street and the mountain bike trails are close by. You’ll see the famous karri trees of the south west across the road from your accommodation. This is a peaceful space for a solo stay or couples getaway. You’ll have your own parking and lockup courtyard. Shiraz Studio is a great option when visiting the Margaret River region.
