These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Several local restaurants nearby and plenty of activities that you can enjoy, either go biking at Dogwood canyon, enjoy Table Rock lake, or simply spend a day at Top of The Rock all within minutes from the cottage.

Boat ramp access, a short walk to the water's edge and a 2 minute trip to the Black Oak Amphitheater, this A-frame is a dream. Perfect for a fishing trip or just a lake getaway! Boat parking available. A relaxing covered back patio area with a propane firepit sitting to finish the day. Kayaks are included for use during your stay. Sadie’s Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Sadie’s Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages.
