In the peaceful village of Branxton, it offers country walks from the door and combines tranquility & style with warmth & comfort. It’s the perfect romantic, rural retreat at any time of the year.

Whether you’re exploring all Northumberland has to offer, or simply soaking up the serene surroundings, this cottage is the perfect base for a countryside escape.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

A space to rest and relax in the Scottish Borders

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

The perfect countryside escape!

This charming, cosy cottage in the scenic village of Kirk Yetholm is the ideal countryside escape. The village has everything you need; pub, small shop, butcher and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and walking routes up the Cheviot Hills. This cottage is perfect for couples or small families who are looking for a peaceful setting to unwind, relax and enjoy the natural countryside. It is also an ideal base for hikers on the Pennine Way and cyclists completing the Borderloop Cycle Route.

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. Reivers Retreat is a newly converted cosy, self- catering house, situated in the centre of the attractive village of Norham. It is in a quiet position near the beautiful river Tweed (ideal for fishing), and within easy reach of Berwick Upon Tweed, the Scottish Borders and the outstanding Northumberland coast. The house has been tastefully decorated and includes all modern fittings, with a homely atmosphere, where you can enjoy a quiet, relaxed holiday with family or friends.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

A short trip to all the other border towns and local transport links (Berwick upon Tweed and Tweedbank) A new converted building with all the needs for a short stay to explorer the local area and further a field. Ideally located to access local walks and the river Tweed.

This charming one bedroom cottage is tucked away with its own private woodland garden. A beautiful traditional stone built cottage with slate roof. The cottage sits in the heart of the historic Hirsel Estate, close to the Hirsel Lake and the Hirsel Homestead where you will find a cafe and farmshop, a pottery, glass workshop and artist studio as well as a museum. Way marked walks are available throughout the Estate.

Petit Bleu - a perfect rural hideaway

You'll love this unique and romantic escape, perfectly created within a former blacksmith's bothy. Nestled in an area of spectacular scenery, rich in history and tradition, and with an abundance of amazing things to see and do, Petit Bleu is a cosy "coorie" that is ideal for a Scottish Borders getaway or as a base for exploring the best of what Berwickshire and Northumberland have to offer.

The Byre. Cosy, eco friendly barn camping.

The Byre is a delightful upcycled 19th century listed cow byre on an old farm. The room looks out on to the farm courtyard. There is a large garden for visitors use, and dark skies above us. We are an eco friendly family, and the Byre comes with a private composting toilet in a separate wooden shed, and a water supply just outside.Think of it as cosy camping in a stone tent.
