We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. You'll have an Espresso machine, Ice Cream maker, Workstation and all you need to have a great stay!

This unique place has a style all its own. Beautiful cabin near Ulcinj and Bar,surrounded by the most beautiful olive trees in the region.The cabin is located on the main road,in a very beautiful and quiet place between green olive trees. Life does not come with instructions on how to live, but it does come with trees, sunsets, smiles and laughter, so you just need to come and to enjoy your day. There's always a sunrise and always a sunset and it's up to you to choose to be there for it.

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

This unique place has a style all its own.Fully equipped by minimalist way, with neutral colour it offer you extra conditions for your antistress holiday, plus beautiful place for long stay living, with areas for working, for cooking, and nice rest. We are in quiet area, but in walking distance to city centre, old town and beaches. Also we are next to pine forest so even in hottest days we have fresh air. Also we are just 300 metres from the biggest olive woods (Valdanos) in Montenegro

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Beautiful log cabin in the heart of Ulcinj, surrounded by the most beautiful olive trees in the region. The idyllic cabin is well located and situated on the main road and still well hidden behind green olive groves for your own privacy. Just a few walking minutes away you’ll find one of the most beautiful bays of the Adriatic Sea, Valdanos, and also the city center. Enjoy the pure nature without omitting the advantages of a relaxing beach holiday and a fantastic nightlife of Ulcinj.

Romantic accommodation with beautiful view to the sea and old town from every side. Wake up with the sunrays on your face. Enjoy the sunset with a glass of domestic wine. The hosts will introduce you with the historical and cultural facts about Ulcinj, the environment and Montenegro in general. It is possible to make excursions or go fishing on the river Bojana. Nearest beach is just 200 m away, famous Ladies' beach 400 m. Take a walk in the pine forest and further to the cliffs.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
