This spacious, light-filled studio apartment on the 3rd floor of a charming building is as central as it gets in Bratislava. At 72 square meters, the studio offers a generous layout with a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom, complete with a washing machine. Please note: there is no lift in the building, so be prepared for a few stairs.

This is very nice, sunnny and luxury apartment with home atmosphere. You can spend very nice time in this apartment. We are dog friendly. It is just 10min from oldtown. In the close neighbourhood you can find following: Whole year operating modern swimming pool just behind the building(close only during school holidays) MC Donalds is 5min walking distance Hypermarket Tesco openend till midnight is also 5min walking. Shopping mall in Tesco, beer&pub restaurant Patronsky pivovar is 10min walking

Actor's apartment

Small but cute apartment, just 15 min. by tram to the centrum. There are two separate rooms. One bed room with double bed and next one living room with kitchen's part. In living part of this room is sofa what is possible change on comfort doublebed. So there is capacity for 4 persons but ideal is just for couple. Parking is free and available without problem in front of building on public place. We are quite street where on one side are houses. Apartment's windows are oriented to no-street side.
