Hang Five-spacious annexe nr North Devon's beaches

Hang Five is a comfortable and spacious one bedroom annexe attached to our family home in Braunton, 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village. NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS The bedroom has an en-suite shower room and seperate lounge with kitchenette and dining area. Braunton hosts a fantastic selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, takeaways and a range of local shops. It's the gateway to North Devon's famous surfing beaches, with Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe 10-20 minutes drive.

Warm and cosy with underfloor heating, this delightful studio is situated in a private lane just one minute’s walk from The Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows Biosphere and a 10 min walk to centre of Braunton. Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. There is a comfortable seating area with smart tv and audio speaker. South facing garden patio.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Self-contained studio close to beaches in Braunton

Recently refurbished bolt hole located just 2 miles from the glorious beaches of Saunton and Croyde. We offer a studio room with a separate entrance & on street parking. There is a luxurious king-size bed, Large TV, dining table, sofa and a large walk in en-suite shower. The Kitchen area has a sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher & a small fridge freezer. Outside there is a private seating area with table and chairs for you to enjoy a chilled start to your day and a relaxing end to it.

"Rue Paul Bert" Light and cheerful annex

This is a newly decorated, spacious, clean, modern room with its own private entrance through patio doors. A luxurious double bed, wall mounted smart TV and plenty of drawers and hanging space, coupled with a comfortable sitting area including 2 chairs, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge make this an ideal base for your visit to North Devon. A large en-suite wet room adds to the relaxed and quiet atmosphere of ‘Rue Paul Bert’ which is close to the centre of the village.

The River Barn - Cosy Riverside Annex in Braunton

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

Internet access, tv and dvd, plenty of discs and books available. There is a self contained kitchen with full size fridge, 2 electric hobs, microwave.Separate bathroom with shower and bath. One acre garden with great views for your use. Walking distance to Braunton close to fabulous beaches.

In a few minutes' walk you can be in the centre of Braunton, enjoying the cafes and surf shops. Saunton Sands is a short drive away and days out exploring are within easy reach. You even have a cricket pitch as your back yard!

High Tide

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY High Tide is a light open plan space with it's own private access and parking, for one vehicle (no larger than a family estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing.
