A newly converted, modern space within the grounds of my home. The views over the garden and Wych valley provide the perfect rural retreat, especially with our donkeys close by! There are 2 bedrooms both of which have zip & link beds so can either be a super king size or single bed configurations. Both have their own shower rooms. The shared driveway is secured with electric gates. We are located in stunning countryside on the borders of Cheshire, Shropshire & Wales, just a mile off the A41.

The Eaves at Eastwick is a newly renovated, self-contained flat on the first floor of a converted cow shed. It is located next to our traditional farmhouse in peaceful countryside on the English/Welsh border. Only 2 miles from Iscoyd Park, also close to Combermere Abbey and Peckforton Castle making it ideal accommodation for wedding guests. Built 100 years ago for a family that worked on the estate, Lyth Cottage sits at the edge of parkland with views across open fields to the Welsh hills. The 1-storey peaceful cottage has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with additional single bed if required. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer. It has a small garden with seating. Ellesmere is a 1.5m drive, or a 1m walk/cycle along the canal towpath.
