Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

Luxury fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. Separate Bedroom, comfy king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.

The Cosy Cottage

Cosy Cottage is a stylish home in the heart of the quaint Norfolk village of Litcham. Our beautifully refurbished house includes a large open Lounge and Dining room with a Log-Burning Stove and period features throughout. There is a well-laid-out, functional kitchen with a washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with a King-Size bed and 2 single beds that will comfortably sleep 4. Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages.

Set on a private estate in rural Norfolk, the cottage has been recently restored to the highest standards, with underfloor heating and top quality amenities throughout. Perfect to explore the beautiful Norfolk region from, or to simple curl up on the sofa and recharge the batteries! The barn adjoins the owners home via a conservatory, but offers total privacy with its own patio and unspoilt views. It is the ideal base for watching wildlife, cycling on quiet country lanes or walking along the many local footpaths.

Harvest Cottage

Harvest Cottage is a cosy and quirky cottage located in the village of Gayton. The village is located 8 miles from Kings Lynn and just a short drive away from some of North Norfolk’s most popular beautiful beaches and the well known Sandringham House & Gardens.
