Just a twenty minute drive south west of Norwich, the Old Rectory is the perfect bolthole from which to discover Norfolk or just drop in on neighbouring Lotus Cars. From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

WOODLANDS is a modern cottage with traditional touches, it has large light-filled living spaces and comfortable bedrooms. Ideal for families as well as couples wanting a little more space or friends looking to relax and unwind. Woodland walks and cycle rides are on your doorstep and a wood burner ensures you'll be cosy on cooler nights. Well behaved dogs welcome (2 max).

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Set on a private estate in rural Norfolk, the cottage has been recently restored to the highest standards, with underfloor heating and top quality amenities throughout. With wonderful natural light and stunning views, guests are free to explore the grounds, woods and river walks. The cedar wood burning hot tub also offers guests the chance to enjoy incredible stargazing at night before cuddling up by the cosy fire.

A newly converted barn sleeping up to 4 (flexible bedroom twin or king plus dbl sofa in lounge ) , complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table & outdoor seating area. There are blackout blinds & a comfy seating area. Outside, enjoy the animals.

Welcome to our beautiful oak framed annex in the garden of our cottage, looking over fields at the front and onto the garden at the rear. It is a large, comfortable , light filled space with quality furnishings and original art throughout. I am an artist and have a studio in the garden that you are welcome to visit. There is a large garden with pleached trees and cottage garden style planting . We are tucked away down a quiet no-through road in the heart of the village.

Poppy Cottage is situated in the rural village of Helhoughton, North Norfolk, England. Close to the historic market town of Fakenham and situated within 20 minutes of the Coast and Sandringham Estate. Kings Lynn is 30 minutes drive away and the fine City of Norwich 40 minutes. Helhoughton is ideal for country walks, cycling and that get away from it all experience. Lovely pubs in neighbouring villages and only four miles from Fakenham Racecourse.
