Ground floor sitting room , kitchen dining area, a log burning stove to relax by the fire,use in Winter only. Kitchen - bespoke cabinets, a granite worktop with electric Aga. An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

Rectory Cottage is a former coach house newly converted to a luxury 2 bedroom cottage. In summer enjoy a BBQ and a glass of wine on the terrace. In winter keep toasty with its log burner and underfloor heating. Connect to the Sonos sound system. Situated in the pretty village of Tibberton, nestled in beautiful countryside with wonderful walks and cycle rides from the door to delight both walkers and keen cyclists. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Beautiful, sheltered, outdoor bath with magnificent views and oodles of hot water. Very spacious, super place to chill out and relax. Pubs, shops and chippie within walking distance. Cider bar on site with guest discounts. Cinema experience, firepit, two bedrooms and play room. So much to see and do in the area, information packs sent before your stay. N.B. No hot tub per se, outdoor bath not a current amenity.
