Unieke locatie aan de gracht in het historische centrum van Oudewater. Onze jaren dertig woning heeft aan de voorzijde uitzicht op de markt en de wereldberoemde Heksenwaag. Aan de achterzijde is een ruim terras met tuin gelegen aan de stadsgracht. Op de steiger kunt u genieten van het water en uiteraard kunnen onze gasten hier vissen. Oudewater ligt in Het Groene Hart met vlakbij leuke historische steden als Schoonhoven en Gouda. Fietsen vanuit Oudewater het platteland in is een unieke belevenis

Located next to the river the Oude Rijn, this house overlooks the river and a number of traditional little Dutch houses across from it. In summer it makes for a terrific spot to swim and lounge in the sun. In winter taking a refreshing plunge in the river after using our Finnish Sauna is highly recommended. Free coffee from fully automatic coffee machine as extra service. The vast majority of the electricity you use is generated sustainably with roof solar panels. the house is air-conditioned.

Ook zijn de populaire stranden van Brouwersdam, Renesse en Ouddorp op 40min afstand. Het dorp zelf is heerlijk rustig gelegen naast natuurgebied Hellegatsplaten, haventje vlakbij en supermarkt op 2 minuten lopen.

Dit is de ideale plek voor ontspanning voor 2 personen! Op loopafstand van de Ginkelse heide vindt u deze gezellige hoekwoning. Er zijn vanuit hier verschillende fiets-, wandel- en mountainbike routes te vinden. Ook kunt u lopend naar het gezellige centrum van Ede. U kunt hier ontspannen in de sauna of met een borrel bij de sfeervolle houthaard. In het souterrain kunt u een potje pingpongen, poolen, darten en/of tafelvoetvallen. Er woont een poes in huis, Beer. Ze houdt van knuffelen en eten!

The city center and it’s terraces and bars are with-in 10-15 minutes of walking distance. Public transport is very, very close. Trainstaion Leiden Lammenschans and the busstation is a 3-minute walk. Just want to relax or work? No problem. The house has all you need: a good place to work and chill. You’ll get company by our two sweet cats.
