Lovely seaside home, situated on the riverside of Witsand, close to kite surfing school and within easy walking distance of the beach and river mouth. Panoramic views over the Breede river and San Sebastián Bay. Wonderfully comfortable getaway! Bedrooms and bathrooms are on floor level, with a cozy lounge and kitchenette. Laundry appliances are under the stairs that lead up to large lounge area, with kitchen and eight seater dining table. Protected outdoor braai area and single garage available.

Sand Dollar Cottage has two bedrooms downstairs and a large loft room for the kids, it was a lovely deck and sheltered back braai area for those windy afternoons.
