Country Farm Retreat ( A home away from home)

We are a small family farm located on a 27 acres an hour away from Houston, TX. The bungalow offers picturesque views and a secluded get away with all the modern amenities that you expect. Your fridge is stocked with some breakfast supplies including daily farm fresh eggs collected daily from our chicken coop. We are moments away from local wineries, breweries, fine dining, and antique shopping galore. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).

-Private home & large lap pool for your use during your stay. No other renters on the property. -Wide open outdoor spaces to get away. A breath of fresh air. See the stars at night! -GREAT WiFi signal. - 1600 sq ft home on 11 acres. Common areas downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. -Lap Pool (not heated) and spa hot tub (heated year round). Pool towels provided. -Firepit area. I provide firewood, fire starters, & lighter. -Brenham 10 minute drive. Round Top 20 minute drive. Sorry, no pets.

The Loft On Alamo

Hello, and welcome to The Loft on Alamo ! Come, unwind, and relax in this spacious floor plan of 400+ square feet and fully furnished. It is located on my property above a double garage. It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private deck and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.

It faces Main Street in the heart of a Hallmark-type small town (population: 300). Downtown is only 1/2 mile away with unique shops, diners, landmarks. Brenham is 8 miles away. Formerly owned by artist Kiki Newmann, the cottage has been known as the “Healing House” for decades. It’s the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, and create cherished memories.

The Shirttail Bunkhouse is located on Shirttail Creek Farm, a working regenerative farm outside of Brenham, TX. Check out our IG @shirttailcreekfarm The Shirttail Bunkhouse is the perfect spot to get away from the city and decompress in the country. Sip your morning coffee from the porch as the farm gets going every day. In the evening grill some steaks out back or head into downtown Brenham to check out several of the great spots our town offers!
