My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

Edna’s Barn

Experience country charm in addition to convenient location- just 1.1 mile off interstate 10! Grocery stores and your favorite restaurants are also close by but you’ll get a good nights rest in this quiet neighborhood. It’s around 35 minutes drive to beaches depending on traffic. The barn was built in the eighties and housed chickens, rabbits and a cow but was repurposed as a dwelling in 2004. Completely modernized in 2022, you can enjoy a unique space with all the comforts of home!

The place is great for two, but a baby or a toddler would fit as well. NOTE: It is not on Pensacola Beach!

You can unwind in the European style library, watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best. This home offers Excellent access to Wahoos Stadium, Sanders Beach, The Oar House, Pensacola Yacht Club, Pensacola Country Club, Joe Patti's, and Pensacola's Naval Air Station.
