The suite entrance is at the end of the drive, & driveway open for your use. Quiet and secluded neighborhood across the street from a park with a 1/2-mile treed walking path with benches and play equipment. Beautiful, quiet, relaxing guesthouse (formerly Whitney’s ironwork studio). Private entrance. In historic East Hill, surrounded by peaceful, towering oak and pecan trees. The French doors provide lots of natural light and an open, airy feeling. Private patio. Quiet, historic neighborhood -- perfect for walks or bike rides. Only 1.2 miles from downtown. Within a few blocks are breakfast/coffee shops, restaurants, Publix Grocery, pubs. Easy 15 minute drive to the beach.

Sunflower Inn (large 1br apt)

large 1 bedroom apartment. A place for non smokers only. Lots of sunshine, the open and airy apartment is attached to main house. Close to mall; close to interstates ( I-10 and 110). Get anywhere in 15-20 minutes. Beach is about 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. Lot's of eateries nearby. Small pets(under 25 pounds please unless approved by me) allowed and should be potty trained and non-destructive. Non smokers only(allergies) thank you.

We’re located in the heart of East Hill, which is a very charming and established neighborhood. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 5-10 minute drive downtown Pensacola. We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The guest house is located directly off of our private carriageway behind the house.
