This is our happy place. We come to Knysna to escape the city rat race. Brenton is 15km from town and it's truly worth it for the authentic Knysna experience of being in a log home overlooking indigenous forest. We go on walks to the jetty and spend time on the water and enjoy the slow peaceful pace of life in Lake Brenton. We love the abundance of nature here, especially the buck and birdlife which we view from the terrace. It's the perfect place to unwind.

Luna on the Knysna lagoon in Old Belvidere

Bellevue is a contemporary rustic house situated on the edge of the Knysna Lagoon in Old Belvidere. The house combines a passion for architecture and eclectic design with a tranquil setting and spectacular views. We implore to our guests to keep it tranquil and peaceful. Luna is the main 3 bedroom house with its own private living area, dining area and kitchen. On the second floor is a self catering apartment which might be occupied by other guests.

Our 3 bedroom holiday home is perfect for a weekend away or for longer stays. Private & peaceful. Walking distance to the beach, beautiful sea views. * Important Information * HOT TUB OUT OF ORDER WATER CONSERVATION UPDATE: Knysna is currently under Level 2 Water Restrictions. Use of hose pipes and filling of pools is not permitted. We appreciate our guests' understanding as we work together to protect our beautiful region’s natural resources

Guests will enjoy sleeping on beautiful queen slay bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, and a single bed. Kitchen has gas hob and microwave. Lots of private parking and close to town and eating spots. Camp cot available. Goose cottage is off the grid, so during loadshedding we are fully functional.
